Mr. Lunde is a Senior Analyst at Ascentris, and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities and managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types.
Prior to joining Ascentris in 2021, Mr. Lunde worked as an Analyst at Blue Vista Capital Management, where he worked on acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management.
Mr. Lunde graduated with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
