Mr. Khomutov is an Analyst at Ascentris, and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities and managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types.
Prior to joining Ascentris in 2023, Mr. Khomutov worked as a summer intern with Ascentris.
Mr. Khomutov graduated with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
