Mr. Kiser is a Senior Analyst at Ascentris, and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities and managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types.
Prior to joining Ascentris in 2025, Mr. Kiser was a senior analyst with Hammes Partners, a real estate investment and development firm in Milwaukee, WI, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of healthcare properties across the U.S.
Mr. Kiser graduated with a BBA in Real Estate, Finance, and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
