Ascentris Promotes Jacqueline Vedra, CFA, CPA, to serve as Chief Financial Officer
Denver, Colorado (September 24, 2018)– Ascentris announced today that Jacqueline Vedra, CFA, CPA, has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to her promotion, Ms. Vedra served as the Director of Corporate Finance at Ascentris where she was responsible for all financial activities, including the firm’s financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, institutional reporting, performance measurement, corporate profitability analysis, and long-range strategic planning. Prior to joining Ascentris in 2012, Ms. Vedra was a Sr. Manager in the Treasury department at Western Union with a focus on foreign exchange risk management and post-merger integration.

Ms. Vedra earned a M.S. in Finance from the University of Denver, a M.S. in Statistics from the University of California at San Diego, and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Colorado. Ms. Vedra is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Colorado. Ms. Vedra is a Certified Public Accountant and belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
