In April 2021, ten of Ascentris’ office properties, totaling 1.9M sf, and two of its multifamily properties, totaling 500 units, received WiredScore certifications. One of the multifamily properties, The Residences at Glenwood, located in Raleigh, NC, became just the third multifamily property in the United States to achieve WiredScore certification. WiredScore assesses and certifies digital connectivity and smart technology in commercial properties across the globe, scoring a property against four criteria (connectivity, infrastructure, readiness, and innovation). In March 2021, 120 N LaSalle achieved RESET Air certification; RESET Air is the world’s first sensor-based and performance-driven indoor air quality building standard and certification program. 120 N LaSalle’s certification consists of two components: Core & Shell certification for the base building mechanical systems and Commercial Interiors for the building’s interior office spaces. 120 N LaSalle is the first high-rise building in the United States to have achieved the RESET Core & Shell certification.
