Ascentris announced the hiring of Pat Sanders and Mike Nall.
Mr. Sanders and Mr. Nall will be responsible for:
- Underwriting new acquisitions
- Evaluating development opportunities
- Supporting the management of portions of the firm’s portfolio across all property types and regions
Prior to joining Ascentris, Mr. Sanders worked as an Associate at SomeraRoad, a real estate investment and development firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. In that role, he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and asset management of multifamily, retail, and office properties across the firm’s portfolio.
Mr. Sanders graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a B.A. in Economics.
Prior to joining Ascentris, Mr. Nall worked as a Financial Analyst for CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Denver.
Mr. Nall graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
