Ascentris Executes Full-Building Lease with Z-GallerieDenver, Colorado (November 23, 2016) – Ascentris announced today the execution of a seven-year lease with Z-Gallerie, a national furniture retailer, at Skyview Distribution Center located in Atlanta, Georgia. Skyview is a 225K square foot, Class A distribution facility in the I-20 West submarket of Atlanta. Ascentris and development partner, Huntington Industrial Partners, developed the building and delivered it to the market in August 2016.Skyview was developed as part of Ascentris’ speculative industrial development strategy, which was launched in 2013 and focused on developing state of the art distribution buildings in the most attractive submarkets within select high growth industrial markets across the United States. Skyview features a front-loading configuration, 32’ clear height, and excess trailer parking. Z-Gallerie leased 100% of the building for seven years and will take occupancy immediately following completion of its tenant improvements in 1Q-2017.“The full building lease to Z-Gallerie shortly after construction completion speaks to the quality of Skyview’s design, construction and location as well as the strength of the leasing market in Atlanta.
