Patricia Noble Named Ascentris’ Newest Partner
Denver, Colorado (November 8, 2018) – Ascentris, a Denver-based real estate private equity company, announced today that Patricia Noble has been named its newest partner. Ms. Noble will join Ascentris’ executive management team to guide the future direction of the company.
Ms. Noble joined Ascentris as a Managing Director in 2012 where she successfully established the company’s industrial capabilities throughout the United States. Ms. Noble was also responsible for investing and managing the company’s non-industrial investments in the East and Southeast regions of the U.S. where she has acquired, developed and sold over 5.7 million square feet of real estate since joining the company. Prior to joining Ascentris, Ms. Noble was a partner at Childress Klein (“CK”), one of the largest private developers in the southeastern U.S. At CK, Ms. Noble spent 18 years developing, leasing, and managing properties within the company’s industrial portfolio, and led and managed the company’s joint venture partnership efforts. Ms. Noble earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
