Mr. Lee is an Analyst at Ascentris, and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities and managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types.
Prior to joining Ascentris in 2025, Mr. Lee worked as a summer analyst with Johnson Development Associates in Spartanburg.
Mr. Lee graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S.B.A in Business Administration.
