Ms. Ayer is a Senior Analyst at Ascentris, and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities and managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types.
Prior to joining Ascentris in 2022, Ms. Ayer worked as a summer analyst with Berkeley Capital Advisors in Charlotte.
Ms. Ayer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics.
