Douglas Todd is a Corporate Financial Analyst at Ascentris and is responsible for all aspects of financial and performance reporting to senior management, third-party index providers, consultants and clients.
Prior to joining Ascentris in May of 2023, Mr. Todd worked at Urban Villages in asset management and development, where he was responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, and managing the cash flow for active development projects. Mr. Todd previously worked at Ernst & Young as an Assurance Associate, serving real estate private equity clients with investments in multifamily, industrial, retail, and office assets.
Mr. Todd graduated from the University of Denver with a B.S. in Finance and earned a Master of Accountancy.
