Mr. Eldredge is a Vice President at Ascentris, responsible for evaluating acquisition and development opportunities and managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types, with a focus on the Charlotte, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. markets.
Prior to joining Ascentris in 2020, Mr. Eldredge worked as a summer intern with Ascentris.
Mr. Eldredge graduated with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
