Mr. Higgins is a Senior Vice President at Ascentris, and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities, and managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types.
Mr. Higgins joined Ascentris in 2012 as an Analyst, after graduating from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
