Mr. Sanders is a Senior Associate at Ascentris and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities and managing a portion of the firm’s portfolio across all property types.
Prior to joining Ascentris in 2023, Mr. Sanders was an associate with SomeraRoad, a real estate investment and development firm in Nashville, TN, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development and asset management of multifamily, retail and office properties across the firm’s portfolio.
Mr. Sanders graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a B.A. in Economics.
